Mattress Mark’s commitment to you, our customers, is simple: we will help you find your perfect bed at the best possible price. And, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your new bed, we will help you get the problem fixed. At Mattress Mark, we feel that any good relationship, personal or business, starts with trust and accountability. You, the customer, have the right to have certain expectations of us here at Mattress Mark. And we are committed to consistently providing our customers with good, honest buying advice, and also having what we believe to be the best brands--for every price level--on our showroom floors. This all sounds simple and should go under the heading of common sense, but unfortunately, this is not always the case.
As we see things, there are several long-entrenched practices in the mattress selling industry that actually work against the customer in the search for a great new bed. Many companies, either through ignorance, or by putting cost and bottom line in front of anything else, are not doing their customers any favors. The first part of Mattress Mark’s commitment to our customers is to keep our ears to the tracks and keep up with what is happening now in the industry. The mattress industry has changed dramatically in the last 25 years. From the exit of water beds, to the emergence of memory foam and air to the advent of one-sided beds, the last 25 years has seen lots of change. For those of us in the industry, the changes are trackable, but for the average customer, who doesn’t buy a bed very often, the showroom floor can look like a bunch of rectangles that are all very similar.
